I'll be back shortly. The list went up, but it wasn't what I'd hoped.
I thought he'd at least have let me know privately if he was intending to choose someone else, but I suppose that was vain of me. And he's off at Ipswich this afternoon so I can't ask what influenced his choice or whether I'll be allowed to reapply next session.
It's all right, really. I know it will be. Only my alternate was Interrogation, and Catchlove's been allowed to continue, so that wasn't available. And I've been assigned Arcana with Mustinal. Would it be all right if I worked late tonight? I know it's not strictly necessary, but I think I'd really like to get that ring analysis completed if I could. It would make me feel I'd accomplished something today after all.
